Cancellation Policy For Healing Sessions:

Cancellation Policy: Since our time together is sacred, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for respecting this policy.

LIVE ONLINE CRYSTAL COURSES:

1 - Honour Confidentiality — You’re welcome (and encouraged) to share your own experiences in the course with others but agree not  to share anything that other course members have shared unless you have their permission. This agreement fosters a safe environment that encourages you and others to share freely.

2 - Participate by Video Conference — To help support an engaging learning environment, all online crystal healing sessions are conducted using video conferencing. Please make sure you have a fast and reliable internet connection and a functioning video camera. It’s also important that you be in a quiet environment free from curious onlookers.

3 - Keep the Course Material for Personal Use — Many hours of development went into creating this course and its associated course materials. Please don’t copy or share this material in any form without the expressed written permission of Christa Lynn.

4 - Not to Record the Sessions — Audio, video and screen recordings of online courses are not permitted. Christa Lynn will record the course and these recordings may be made available for the exclusive use of course participants for at least one month after the course for the purpose of reviewing the content. Sharing this recording with people outside the course is not permitted.

5 - Refund Policy — Refunds are not available for online courses.

A refund of the course fee, less a $25 administration fee is available if a written request is made more than seven days before the course start date. No refund is available seven days or less before the course start date.
