The Shamanic Ancestral Healing class will provide you with a solid foundation in shamanic ancestral healing practices. This highly-interactive, video-conferenced class is taught in a small group (maximum 12 people) by Christa Lynn, a seasoned shamanic teacher and practitioner.
Family is at the core of our being.
We carry the history of our ancestors’ lives in our bones and DNA and inherit wonderful gifts, skills and abilities from our ancestors that support us in living a happy and fulfilling life.
However, we also inherit our ancestors’ traumas, unresolved emotional issues, addictions, and unhealthy patterns. These traits can impact our physical health, emotional health, and mental health. They can limit success and happiness in work, finances, and relationships.
In this class, you’ll learn how to identify unhealthy patterns from your ancestors and how they impact your life. You’ll also learn practical ways to cleanse these patterns, bringing healing to your life and your family lineage.
An interactive, small-group online experience.
Work with shamanic teacher Christa Lynn in this transformational online shamanic ancestral healing class and connect with shamanic students from all over the world.
Through this deep and impactful journey you’ll be able to see and talk with other students through video conferencing and engage in shamanic partner activities.
Christa will guide you in learning important shamanic techniques. You will put these methodologies into practice during the class as you heal unhealthy family patterns. Class size is kept small so that you can interact with Christa and fellow students, creating strong connections and a sense of community.
The course consists of two full-day classes one week apart. Between the class days you’ll have the opportunity to put what you’re learning into practice. At the end of the class you’ll have a solid foundation in shamanic ancestral healing methods.
What you’ll learn…
Participate in the class and:
Connect to your loving and compassionate ancestral helping spirits to bring blessings to your life and to create success in your career, finances, and relationships.
Create a shamanic ancestral shine to communicate with your compassionate ancestors and to gain access to their healing and wisdom.
Learn about the science of epigenetics and how the stresses, traumas, and challenging situations in your ancestors’ lives created unhealthy patterns that were stored in the DNA and passed down the family line.
Uncover the unhealthy patterns that you inherited from your ancestors. Discover how these patterns are negatively impacting your physical, emotional and mental health and how they can hinder success in your life.
You’ll learn a beautiful shamanic ceremony to release you from the grip of these ancestral patterns.
Learn how to create protection from the negativity of your unwell ancestors who are compromising the quality of your life.
Experience a powerful shamanic ritual to bring healing to your unwell ancestors and to elevate them to a place of healing.
And much more.
What you’ll need to participate…
To participate in this class you’ll need:
Basics
A computer (Mac/Windows) or tablet (e.g iPad) with a built-in video camera or webcam.
A reliable internet connection.
Headphones.
A quiet room to participate in the class where you won’t be interrupted by other people.
A rattle or drum.
A bandana or eye cover.
Comfortable clothing.
Energetic Cleansing Supplies
To perform energetic cleaning (smudging), you’ll need a feather and your choice of: palo santo wood, dried sage leaves, a cleansing incense (frankincense, myrrh, or white copal), or essential oils (tea tree, lavender, frankincense, myrrh, or bergamot). Salt water can be used if you have scent sensitivities.
Items To Create An Ancestral Shrine
A box or cabinet that closes. Your shrine will be opened in the morning and closed at night. Please note that it’s best not to put your shrine in your bedroom.
A candle.
An offering dish with offerings for the ancestors. Flowers can be an offering. Libations and food from family recipes also make great offerings. These offerings are what your ancestors liked to eat when alive.
Four objects that represent each ancestral helping spirit from each of your bloodlines. For example, crystals, rocks, shells, jewelry, beads, and threads. These will serve as ancestral power objects.
A coin for divination
Prayers for healing and manifestation
Projects or goals to be imbued with ancestral blessings for manifestation. You can work with a power object to positively impact these projects.
Power objects, including any other object you feel needs to be on the shrine.
Items to Create an Ancestral Healing Ceremony
A white or brightly-coloured altar cloth.
A candle.
A dish of salt, sand, soil, or small rocks for an earth element ceremony.
A second candle and a fireproof container (you’ll be burning a piece of paper) for a fire element ceremony.
A bowl of water for a water element ceremony.
Incense, dried sage leaves, or palo santo wood for an air element ceremony. If you have scent sensitivities, you can work with your breath, blow bubbles, or ring a bell.
Items to Create an Ancestral Elevation Ceremony
A white altar cloth. Another colour of cloth that is bright and joyful (e.g. gold, yellow, peacock blue, or fuchsia) can also be used.
Nine white tea light candles or one large white candle. If you opt for a large candle, carve nine equal notches into it so that you only burn down one notch per day. You can also use beeswax candles.
Glass or bowl of water.
Small offering plate or bowl with offerings of food and/or flowers.
An object that represents your ancestor. For example, a picture, stone, shell, or jewelry.
A pedestal. For example, an inverted glass/candle holder/jar and a small box can be used for a pedestal.
